I searched online for months trying to find the perfect 1920s art deco engagement ring and easily looked at over 1,000 rings. But there was always something missing – availability, quality, authenticity or the price was not right.
In early March I stopped in the shop to look at one of the rings I saw on their website. I was helped by William, the owner, who genuinely cares about each of his customers. After leaving in great spirits I brought my fiance back to look at the ring about a week later. William was not in that day, but his staff was more than welcoming and helpful.
I personally gave my fiance multiple ring options, but not one ring came close to the one at Watch and Wares (my now engagement ring). I thought my ring was out of our budget, and it was no longer an option. But William and his staff worked with my fiance and five months late he proposed in Bruges, Belgium.
The ring is beyond anything my fiance and I ever dreamed of- thank you William and staff for making this experience beautiful.”

“I came in to have a watch resized and was greeted by the friendly William. He helped me right away and I was in and out in all of about 7 minutes. Which was great considering I had both a toddler and infant with me (they can only handle so long before one of them gets cranky). This place had it all…Amazing customer service, quick, and great prices. While William was working on my watch, I got a chance to browse their jewelry selection. They have the most gorgeous vintage pieces, as well as watches, for both men and women. “Beautiful shop! I was in the market for my first Rolex, and I never thought I’d be able to afford my first Rolex at 23 years old! Everyone here was fantastic! They walked me through all the price points and what made certain watches more valuable than others. Ironically gold doesn’t make as big of a difference in price as you’d think.

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Linda and John!! My fiance originally purchased my ring with the help of Linda. He was so nervous to pick the right ring and Linda went above and beyond to make sure he was completely satisfied with the engagement ring he chose. In July of 2016 we got engaged and the ring was just stunning. We came back to purchase our wedding rings and John helped up ( Linda was helping another customer.) We got great customer service from John, he helped us pick the perfect rings and was even willing to separate another set as the band was exactly what I wanted. They gave us an excellent price. We are a fairly young couple who love antiques, sometimes in Orange we feel we get the cold shoulder because we look young and people assume we don’t have money to spend. This was not the case at all in Watch & Wares, we have always been treated with respect and kindness. He’s been taking care of my jewelry needs now for 20 years plus.
